The Ministry of Public Education signed a three-year agreement with Australia's Canva — teachers and students can create presentations, posters, and infographics for free without special software.
According to Podrobno.uz, Uzbekistan's Ministry of Preschool and School Education has signed an agreement with Australia's Canva to give more than 10,000 public schools free access to Canva for Education.
The agreement runs for three years and was signed during the ministry delegation's visit to France. Canva for Education lets teachers and students create presentations, posters, infographics, and other learning materials directly in the browser without installing any special software — including ready-made lesson templates and collaboration tools.
The initiative fits the broader push to digitalize school education: access to modern visual tools is meant to make lesson preparation easier for teachers and project work easier for students.
