General rules

Use the platform in good faith — for searching educational institutions, reading and writing reviews.
Provide accurate information during registration and in reviews.
Respect other users, institution staff, and platform administration.
One user — one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

Share your personal experience visiting the institution
Rate the quality of education, teachers, and facilities
Mention specific pros and cons
Write objectively and constructively

Prohibited

Insults, threats, and profanity
Advertising, spam, and links to external sites
Deliberately false information and defamation
Publishing personal data of institution staff

Important

All reviews are moderated before publication. Administration reserves the right to reject reviews that violate the rules without additional explanation.

Prohibited actions

Using automated tools (bots, scrapers, scripts) to collect data from the platform.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system or other users' accounts.
Distributing malware, viruses, or conducting attacks on the service infrastructure.
Publishing fake or paid reviews to manipulate ratings.
Mass sending messages, requests, or other actions that create excessive load on the service.

Information security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Do not share your password with third parties.
If you discover suspicious activity or a vulnerability, report it to administration via the contact form.

BeeKids administration never requests your password via email or messengers.
