What is BeeKids?
BeeKids is a free directory of educational institutions in Uzbekistan. We help parents find the right school, kindergarten or development center through convenient search, filters, map and real reviews from other parents.
Do I need to register to use the catalog?
No, you can browse the catalog, search for institutions and read reviews without registration. Registration is only required for writing reviews and saving institutions to favorites.
Is the platform free?
Yes, BeeKids is completely free for parents. Search, filters, comparison, reading and writing reviews — all at no cost.
What languages is BeeKids available in?
The platform is available in three languages: Russian, Uzbek and English. You can switch the language in the site header.

How do I leave a review?
To write a review, you need to register or sign in. Then go to the institution page and click the "Leave a Review" button. Rate the institution and share your experience.
Can I edit or delete my review?
Yes, you can edit or delete your review at any time through the "My Reviews" section in your profile.
How is the institution rating calculated?
The rating is based on the average score of all reviews. The more reviews with high scores, the higher the institution's rating in the catalog.
Why didn't my review appear immediately?
All reviews go through moderation. The review process usually takes up to 24 hours. We check reviews for compliance with platform rules, absence of offensive language and spam.

How do I add an institution to the catalog?
You can submit an application through the "For Institutions" page or email us at info@beekids.uz. We'll verify the information and add the institution to the catalog within a few business days.
Is adding an institution to the catalog paid?
No, basic listing in the BeeKids catalog is completely free. We want the catalog to be as complete and useful as possible for parents.
Can I update the institution information?
Yes, after adding you can contact us to update information — contacts, description, photos and other details. In the future, we plan to add a dashboard for institutions.

What reviews will not pass moderation?
We reject reviews with profanity, insults, spam, advertising, and reviews not based on actual experience with the institution. See the "Terms of Use" section for details.
How do I report an inaccurate review?
Each review has a "Report" button. Describe the reason for your complaint and our team will review it as soon as possible.
Can an institution delete a negative review?
No, institutions cannot delete user reviews. We only remove reviews that violate platform rules. Honesty and objectivity are our core principles.
