Is it really free?
Yes. Your page, parent enquiries, Telegram notifications about them, reviews, vacancies, statistics and page editing are free, with no time limit. Paid plans exist too: catalogue priority, review replies, institution news and advanced analytics. Online payment is not live yet — if you need the paid features, write to us.
Our institution is already listed — where did that come from?
We fill the catalogue from public sources so parents have something to choose from. Once you claim the page, it is yours: you correct the information and receive the enquiries.
Who sees parents' contact details from enquiries?
Only you — in the cabinet and in Telegram notifications. Enquiries from your page are never passed to other institutions.
Can an unfair review be deleted?
Reviews are moderated before publication. If a review breaks the rules, tell us and we will look into it. Otherwise a public reply works better: that is part of a paid plan.
