Basic definitions and terms of use for the BeeKids service.
What is BeeKids
BeeKids is an informational directory of educational institutions in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The platform provides reference information about schools, kindergartens and development centers, and allows users to publish reviews.
Who can use the platform
The platform is available to persons aged 16 and over. Persons under 16 may use the service only with the consent of their parents or legal guardians. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Acceptance of terms
By registering on the platform or using its features, you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them in full. If you disagree with any provisions, please refrain from using the service.
User Obligations
The following is prohibited when using the platform
- Providing knowingly false information during registration or in reviews
- Publishing offensive, defamatory or obscene materials
- Violating the honor, dignity and business reputation of educational institutions and their employees
- Using automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers) to collect data from the platform
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system, other users' accounts or server infrastructure
- Posting advertising materials, spam or links to third-party resources without approval from the administration
Content and Reviews
Content publication rules
Reviews are the foundation of trust on the platform. We strive to ensure their accuracy and objectivity.
Review moderation
All reviews are moderated before publication. The administration reserves the right to reject a review if it violates these Terms or contains inaccurate information.
Content removal
The administration reserves the right to remove any user content without prior notice if it violates the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan or these Terms.
Author responsibility
The user bears full responsibility for the content of published reviews. BeeKids is not responsible for opinions expressed by users.
Prohibition of fake reviews
Publishing fake, commissioned or paid reviews intended to artificially raise or lower an institution's rating is prohibited.
Intellectual Property
Rights to content and materials
Platform content
The design, logo, software code and all original materials of the BeeKids platform are intellectual property and are protected by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Copying, reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
User content
By publishing reviews and photos on the platform, you grant BeeKids a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute such content within the scope of the service.
Trademarks
Names, logos and trademarks of educational institutions belong to their rightful owners. Placement of this information on the platform is purely informational in nature.
Limitation of Liability
Important disclaimers
Information on the BeeKids platform is provided "as is". BeeKids does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness or timeliness of data provided by educational institutions and users. The platform is not liable for decisions made based on information from the website. Before making a decision about choosing an educational institution, we recommend independently verifying the information, visiting the institution in person and reviewing its educational activity license. BeeKids is not a party to legal relations between users and educational institutions.
Changes to Terms
Updates to these Terms
The BeeKids administration reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Use. The current version of the document is always available on this page. By continuing to use the platform after changes are made, you confirm your agreement with the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
Legal Basis
Applicable law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including: the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection" (No. ZRU-221), the Law "On Personal Data" (No. ZRU-547) and the Law "On Informatization" (No. ZRU-560). All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the location of the platform administration.
