

The Knowledge Academy Cambridge International School is the first private international school in Bukhara, operating since 2019. In July 2025 it was registered as a Cambridge International School — the only Cambridge-accredited school in the region — and it is also a member of CIS (Council of International Schools). Around 320 students study in small groups of up to 18. English is the main language of instruction, with Russian and German also offered. The Cambridge curriculum is combined with the national standard, and from grade 8 students additionally prepare for the American Advanced Placement (AP) exams together with StudyForge and Spero Learning — at no extra cost.
