Sign in and claim this pageSwimmstart is a swimming school in the pool of the Panarams Tashkent hotel at 2 Boykurgon Street (lower ground floor), Yashnabad district. Children learn to swim from age 2, one-to-one, in split sessions of two or more or in a group, and adults are taught from scratch too.
Lessons run as a 12-session course: the school's stated aim is that by the end a child is no longer afraid of the water and feels confident in it. Coaches work step by step and without pressure, as the school describes its own approach. A trial lesson with a coach is available before the course.
The pool is indoors and the water is kept at about 29 °C, as the display by the pool shows. There are changing rooms with showers and a place where parents can wait. The hotel's fitness complex also has a sauna, a hammam, a jacuzzi and a gym. The pool is open daily from 7:00 to 23:00, and lesson times are arranged around the student.
