Swim School Tashkent

Swim School Tashkent is a swimming school for children from age 6 and adults. Lessons take place at two venues: the Yoshlik sports complex (the former Start stadium, 16A Akkurgan Street) and the pool of the Frankfort Hotel & Spa (1 Durmon Yuli Street; a 22×8 m pool, water 29–31 °C). Coaches teach in Russian, Uzbek and English. Programmes: learning to swim from scratch for children from 6 (mini-groups and one-to-one), training groups preparing for competitions, one-to-one lessons for children and adults, therapeutic swimming (strengthening the muscle corset) and open-water swimming with preparation and trips to events. Lessons follow three stages, from getting used to water and posture to front crawl, backstroke and jumps from the side. To start, book by phone, on Telegram or through the form on the website. Group times are arranged individually, for example at Yoshlik on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 16:00, 17:00 and 18:00.
