Sign in and claim this pageKid's Republic is an English learning centre for children at 73 Buyuk Turon Street in Tashkent's Mirabad district, near the TSUM department store and about 300 metres from Kosmonavtlar metro station. It has been open since March 2024 and teaches children aged 5 to 14.
Lessons run in mini-groups of up to 8, in a game-based format, on a programme built on the Oxford method. The main courses are English for Kids for younger children, General English and Strong Basic English, and one-to-one lessons are available. Groups are formed by age and level: before starting, the centre runs a placement check, a game for little ones and a test for teenagers. There are weekend groups, and the centre also runs a Speaking Club for ages 9–14 and themed workshops in English.
Teachers hold C1 and IELTS 7.5 level English, and some have teaching degrees. Children earn points for completed tasks and exchange them for prizes. Students get their textbooks free, and the classrooms have cameras so parents can see how a lesson is going. The first trial lesson is free.
